“Thijs and I communicate about the site plans via our GPS system in the crane,” says Nico. Thijs adds: “If they have a problem in the crane on the site, I can briefly take over the screen and provide support from the office.”
Teamwork above all!
Both the operators and Thijs realize the value of their strong collaboration. Thijs provides useful plans, allowing the operators to work efficiently. Conversely, the operators provide Thijs with accurate measurements, enabling him to draw up good plans. “When things are cohesive, the day moves along smoothly, and you come to work all the more eagerly,” concludes Nico.
